What do I do if my package doesn't arrive?
Our shipping usually takes 2 - 4 business days.
It can happen that the order is delayed by 3 days.
Please wait a maximum of 1 week. If you still haven't received the package after 7 days from the date of purchase, please email us as soon as possible! We will contact the shipping carrier and arrange for return tracking. All further procedures will be discussed with you.
What to do if my order is defective upon delivery?
If upon delivery you can already see that your package has damage or is defective,
please refuse to accept the package.
The supplier will hand the package back to us and we will check whether the products are still intact and will discuss all further steps with you.
You accepted the package and find that your order is defective or has damage. No problem at all, just email us a picture of the defective goods and we will discuss all further steps with you.

How much is the shipping?

Our shipping costs are calculated according to the size, weight and quantity of your shopping cart and are displayed to you when you complete your order. A list of costs can be found below
"Purchase" category in the Shipping costs line.
Can I also order on account?
We currently offer the option of ordering from us via Klarna on account. You can also use the Shop Pay payment method, with this payment method you can also order now and pay later.
 
Can I return my item if I don't like it?
If you don't like the item, you can return it within 14 days of the date of purchase. Inform us by email at (patjess@email.de) or use our returns portal.
