What do I do if my package doesn't arrive?
  
 
Our shipping usually takes 2 - 4 business days.
However, your order may be delayed by an additional 3 business days.
 
Please wait a maximum of 7 business days from the date of purchase. If the package has still not arrived after this period, please inform us as soon as possible via our contact form! We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss further steps.
 
 
 
What to do if my order is defective upon delivery?
 
 
If you notice upon delivery that your package has obvious damage or is defective,
please refuse to accept the package!
The delivery person will return the package to us and we will check if the products are still intact and will discuss all further steps with you.
  
You have accepted the package and find that the order is defective or damaged. No problem at all, just send us a picture of the package and the defective goods by email and we will discuss all further steps with you.

 

What does shipping cost?

 
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and/or quantity of your shopping cart and will be displayed during the order process. A list of shipping costs can also be found here: Shipping costs
 
 
Can I also order on account?
 
 
Yes, we can offer you the option to order from us on account via Klarna or via Shop Pay.

Can I return my item if I don't like it?
 
 
You can return the item to us within 14 days from the date of purchase if you don't like it. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. 
Once the return has reached us, we will initiate the refund. If you return your entire purchase, we will also refund the shipping costs once.
